										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Day 1: Vientiane – Luang Prabang<br />
</strong>Our guide will meet you at the international Wat Tay airport and take you in a private van to Luang Prabang.<br />
It will be long journey of more than 9 hours, but it is great adventure with valleys, mountains and hill-tribe villages along the way.<br />
Arrive in Luang Prabang before sunset.<br />
Overnight at Sada Hotel.</p>
<p><strong>Day2: Luang Prabang<br />
</strong>After breakfast, we start our tour of the ancient part of town and world heritage sites.<br />
Visit Wat Xiengthong &#8211; one of most charming and best preserved wats in south-east Asia. Walk through the old square UNESCO zone.<br />
After that, visit the hill tribe exhibition museum. There are 49 officially recognized ethnic groups in Laos.<br />
After lunch at a local restaurant, watch the best film of the 1964-1973 secret war in Laos.<br />
Then we continue to Chom Si Stupa for the best view of Luang Prabang town. Explore the wonderful night market for local handicrafts.<br />
Overnight at Sada Hotel.</p>
<p><strong>Day3: Luang Prabang – Waterfall Trek<br />
</strong>After breakfast, we take a private tuk tuk up to a Hmong tribal village. We trek through jungle forest for about 4 hours and then enjoy swimming at a big waterfall. After that, we cycle back to town.<br />
Overnight at Sada Hotel.<br />
<strong>Day4: Luang Prabang – Luang Namtha<br />
</strong>After breakfast, we drive 7-8 hours to Luang Namtha. It is a scenic drive through the Lao countryside. We arrive before sunset.<br />
Overnight stay at Zeila Villa.<br />
<strong>Day 4: Luang Namtha – Bamboo Camp Trek<br />
</strong>At 9am after breakfast we head to Nam Ha National Park by zongtael. From there we trek up and down mountains through the protected Nam Ha forest.<br />
Your tour guide will show you how to collect young rattan and herbal plants.<br />
Take the time to learn about the plants and use bamboo wood to kindle a fire.<br />
An organic lunch and dinner will be provided.<br />
Enjoy camping overnight at the Bamboo Camp.</p>
<p><strong>Day5: Trek continued<br />
</strong>In the early morning you can walk from the Bamboo Camp to nearby protected areas and see wild animals.<br />
After breakfast we will continue the second leg of the trek to Ban Kuasug Kmu. Here you can see how the tribal Kmu people make many things from bamboo, including mats and baskets.<br />
Than we head to the Lanten hill tribe people who are originally from Tibet. Learn about friendly native Lanten culture and how they live.<br />
We stay overnight at a Lanten home stay.</p>
<p><strong>Day 6: Kayak on the Nam Ha river – Luang Namtha<br />
</strong>After breakfast we continue by tuk tuk to visit an Akha tribe.<br />
We then kayak down the Nam Ha river, where you may see wild animals and birds. We take a break with a visit to Ban Sop Sim, and then picnic on the riverbank. Then we continue kayaking down the Nam Ha river. It’s a wonderful trip.<br />
We then take a tuk tuk back to Luang Namtha and stay there overnight.<br />
Overnight stay at Zeila Villa.</p>
<p><strong>Day 7: Luang Namtha &#8211; Nong Khiaw<br />
</strong>After breakfast we will join another group and drive 3 hours in a van to Oudomsay, then another 4 hours on to Nong Khiaw.<br />
On the way you will see villages by the road with houses of bamboo and wood, and the local hill tribe people who wear colourful traditional clothing during local festivals.<br />
Arrive at Nong Khiaw in the late afternoon and stay overnight.<br />
Overnight stay in local Sunrise bungalows.</p>
<p><strong>Day 8: Nong Khiaw &#8211; Ban Sop Chem<br />
</strong>After breakfast we join a boat cruise upstream on the Nam Ou river.<br />
On the way we stop at Ban Muang Ngoi Kao to see a cave of stalactites and stalagmites and a great mountain valley. We take a private boat from Ban Muang Ngoi to Ban Sop Chem. It takes about 30 minutes.<br />
Our overnight home stay is at Ban Sop Chem.</p>
<p><strong>Day 9: Sop Chem &#8211; Ban Muang Ngoi &#8211; Nong Kiaow – Luang Prabang<br />
</strong>After breakfast we will take the local boat cruise down to Ban Muang Ngoi, then continue on to Nong Kiaow, and then by road to Luang Prabang. Arrive in Luang Prabang before sunset.<br />
Overnight at Sada Hotel.</p>
<p><strong>Day10: Luang Prabang &#8211; Departure</strong></p>
<p>After breakfast, have a break and wait for your transfer to the airport.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is a highly recommended trek for people who are looking for an experience to enhance their travel experiences.  It is an excellent program with bamboo rafting, visiting a Hmong ethnic village, and 2 days trekking through deep jungle and forest.</p>
<p><strong>Day 1: Luangprabang &#8211; Bamboo Raft &#8211; Hmong hill tribe village </strong></p>
<p>8am &#8211; Depart from your hotel by tuk tuk to Ban Zing village where we start our bamboo rafting.  Float down the Mekong River for about 3 and half hours, rafting through exciting rapids, and passing traditional organic gardens along the mekong river side.</p>
<p>After lunch we head off on a 4hr trek, passing rice paddies and forest jungle. Along the way, your guide will show you edible plants and weeds, and explain their   herbal medicine uses.</p>
<p>We will arrive at the village before sunset, and overnight at Bamboo home stay.</p>
<p>That night after dinner, enjoy with ethnic traditional performance &amp;music.</p>

<p><strong>Day 2: TrekKing Through Protected area &#8211; Ban Xieng Mok </strong></p>
<p>After breakfast at 8:30am, we trek for 4-5 hours, mostly under shady green forest and mountain valleys. Watch out for impressive natural  various  biodiversities ,in the water shed protection forest wildlife including birds and butterflies.</p>
<p>A picnic lunch is prepared for the trek. You be will arrive at Ban Xieng Mok well.know water cress farm.  And relax .</p>
<p>Before 6pm you will be offered an invitation to join the  Lao Baci ceremony, followed by dinner with local party. Overnight at Bamboo camp.</p>
<p>Breakfast, Lunch &amp; Dinner included</p>
<p><strong>Day 3: Learning how to grow water cress </strong></p>
<p>After breakfast, and before returning to Luang Prabang, you will learn how to grow watercress. It is a  Best vegetable for making Luang Prabang salad . then return to your hotel by tuk-tuk safely</p>
